That could be down to the Tornado’s 1980s carb-and-air-cooled technology which makes the same claimed power as the modern water-cooled, fuel-injected pre-2017 CRF. The WR I had would hold 65 pretty well once I geared it down, but i was revving the piss out of it most of the time.
