Missiles don't have any cooldown whatsoever, like the Savage. I'am a fairly decent pilot not the best by any means but able to hold my own in most battles and the first thing I notice is that aircraft runs total rings around Hydra, it seems to climb better, is more stable and allowed me to hold the Hydra in the cross hairs with very little issue, now the Rogue is able to out manouver the Hydra but it is so twitchy it becomes a real pain. The front facing machine guns rip apart the hydras and lazers and have far range. That said, yes; it moves better than I thought it would - and yeah; agile aircraft that pack just enough punch to beat a Hydra, not enough to be too problematic - I guess they do make things more balanced.
