I read so many wonderful reviews and a few not so wonderful reviews but the good outweighed the bad. I really like the fact that if he sees something that needs to be taken care of he will do it. I had a awesome experience with Dr. Salama and his staff! A decison was required on the spot regarding this which felt a little rushed, however I do appreciate him flagging this as it’s with the best of intentions in order to achieve optimal results. It combines the posterior leg lift, butterfly lift, and Miami thong lift. Very easing & informative! The post-operative massages are also painful but the massage therapists did their best to make me as comfortable as possible.

However Dr. Salama changed my life. I highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery. He explained all the details of the surgery before hand and has been great throughout my recovery as well. Our interactions made me feel more that confident that I selected the right surgeon and establishment for my procedure. I've been wanting a BBL for a while now. Celia was great with the massages. As with my previous experience with Dr. Salama, his pre-op consultation was very thorough and he was very open to questions and concerns. As soon as I walked in my mind was put at ease! He didn't give me unrealistic expectations but wanted to give me the best outcome possible. He answered every question I had and did amazing job on my butt! The journey started with his wonderful staff, So attentive and quick responses. Their treatment towards me and the other girls is just phenomenal ! It’s a bit too early to comment on the results of my surgery as the swelling is quite extreme so this masks the outcomes. He’s very polite & knowledgeable. I was very much hoping to have an online consultation with Dr Salama prior to arriving, unfortunately this is not something that is available to out-of-town patients, which is a real shame. The incision site can become infected when your plastic surgeon fails to sanitize his instruments properly or when you fail to clean your wounds correctly. Most common areas that are usually addressed include; breasts, buttocks, and abdomen. Dr. Salama was very patient and his staff very friendly. I absolutely hate the sleeping part on my stomach but I have a butt!!!!!!! The girls at the office are amazing. Nancy, Jesenia, along with Zuny, who handles quality control, worked very hard to handle the business side of this medical event. So after years of failed surgeries with different doctors, (tummy tuck 2009, scar revision 2011, and “bbl” 2012), I decided to actually do a thorough research and came across dr Salama and thank god I did. Things I would add to the list to have post-op: Wipes (because tissue doesn’t clean feces good when your butt checks are super tight). Other then that everything was great! I was afraid of anesthesia and not getting what I desired but I am here looking greater then ever. This is not commonly performed on patients who have undergone a BBL with Dr. William, but rather on those patients who had BBLs performed by other surgeons. The in-office team was very nice as well, making you feel very welcome. Dr.Moises Salama was awesome, very welcoming , he took the time to explain in detail about my procedure (BBL) my pre and post op care , side effects that may occur , and what to be expected. He took a look at my wish pics and told me that I have booty ayyee I explained wanted an upside down heart shape with hips and projection and he did exactly that. After seeing some of Dr. Salama’s work first hand and doing some research I decided to make the trip to FL for the procedure. I had a BBL with fat transfer from my stomach, flanks, back, and arms. I am so excited about my BBL. Granted, I was now the proud owner of 500cc/650cc high profile smooth, round, silicone implants. I had it booked and rescheduled twice and thought maybe it was just not meant to be. I was quite anxious about the anaesthesia but everything went well in the end and the result was just MAGNIFICENT. I was late getting to the office amd everyone stayed late way past 5 to see me. I’ve already see what’s he’s done to me.. A body you can only dream of!! I stayed at the new recovery house and the ladies there were amazing, the other girls in the house were all friendly and HIGHLY recommend the house esp for a bbl I don’t know how i would’ve manage the first couple days without the staff and drive there. The more I read the more I felt the doctor I was scheduled with may not be the “right fit for me” and that Dr Salama would be. I have my curves again and the tummy tuck scar is very fine and low on my pelvis so you can not see it wearing a bikini.

After searching for a year I am 7 days post op and #Salamafied!!! I love my results and only 8 days post op. From speaking with the coordinators to discuss the details to coming into the office. The office staff has been amazing, Dr Salama’s entire team is so awesome!! I flew in from the west coast and was very nervous however I felt extremely comfortable after talking to him and his extensive explaining! I like a very round look to the buttock with a full hip that all blends together. I ask her questions and she breaks it down in laymen’s terms as to what my body is doing during the healing process. But, now I am so glad to report that My husband and I are so pleased with the results of mt BBL thus far. I am writing this today with regard to my recent experience with one of the most highly skilled and brilliantly minded medical facilities not only in the country but in the world; specifically, Elite Plastic Surgery in Aventura Florida. Also shoutout to Alex from Anesthesia for being the best anesthesiologist in the world- I mean it. Throughout my whole process of paying for surgery, getting my clearance, asking random questions and booking their recovery house; all my questions and concerns were addressed immediately either through email or over the phone I never had an issue getting a response. I seriously have the best butt and hips ever! I recommend at 100% doctor Dr.Moises Salama. What an experience!!!! I am not even close to a final product, and she continues to help all the way. Beauty is pain but it was definitely worth it. Started my research on bbl over a year ago but got extremely busy and forgot all about it. The surgeons were either rude or didn’t have time to answer my question or their office staff didn’t have a clue and could not answer questions.

Who Kind Of Went Through The Process With Me And I Signed A Bunch Of Papers (Even Duplicates Of A Packet That I Was Supposed To Go Over With The Doctor, Sign and Recieve Back Which I Never Did.. I need to stress that, fat survivor is based on your body, has nothing to do with the Dr. He knows exactly what he Is doing and speaks with confidence and precision.
